Douglas Kerbs and the Cherry Creek Townhomes

Richly imbued with aesthetic forms in an impressive arrangement of supremely designed fixtures, the Cherry Creek Townhomes becomes a unique experience of urban living in a splendid Denver, Colorado environment.

Outside, the view of the Rocky Mountains from a far distance contrasts with the trees and green environment that are interspersed with the prominent well designed Cherry Creek properties and other commercial structures constructed in the area. The mountains provide a backdrop that create vibrant and positive surroundings for an enhanced townhouse living.

At 122-128 Garfield, Cherry Creek, Douglas Kerbs successfully sold out the project even during the preconstruction phase and made representations for the buyer in the sale of three of the four units where the unit prices of the properties ranged from a whopping $900,000 to $1,100,000.

At 150 S. Madison, Cherry Creek, Kerbs provided significant consultation to the builder on the interior and exterior finishes to attract buyers and bring top dollar revenues. He sold 17 residence units out of the 29 units in the project. Of the 17 units sold, Kerbs represented 75% of the buyers from the pre-construction to the development phase, where the unit prices ranged from $450,000 to $1,300,000.

In a similar performance, the 1200 Delaware, Cherry Creek project was previously marketed by a competitor for over a year but yielded with zero sales. The developer approached Kerbs for his marketing and pricing expertise. Quickly recognizing that their pricing was drastically off, Kerbs developed an entirely new pricing strategy and personally sold all 6 units while representing the buyer in 4 of the transactions where the unit prices of the properties ranged from a sterling $600,000 to $700,000.

In an anecdote related to a future development, the Cherry Creek North Townhomes found in a still undisclosed location consists of four contemporary townhomes featuring 3,500 square feet of living space that is above grade and an additional 1,000 square feet below. With the involvement of Douglas Kerbs in this project, the per square feet property valuation will most likely set a new price precedent for townhomes in Cherry Creek North.

Apart from offering an unmatched value in the residential neighborhood, Kerbs introduced a stress-free purchase process in construction and development where quality products are standard finishes, thereby eliminating a quite cumbersome schedule of increasing upgrades in the project.

Douglas Kerbs outstanding performance in property selling speaks for itself. He set a record high price in 2014 at $967 per square foot, marking a significant milestone record by Kerbs since 2011. The properties sold under the strategic direction of Kerbs were located within the whole Denver metro region.
